This engagement session was close to home. This is my brother, Terry, and his bride-to-be Alle. Before I get into the session, let me give you a recap on how their love story began. They both attend the same church and were good friends for awhile. Terry taught at Dalian American International School in China for two years, but came home a couple of times for visits. Who knew one of these visits would be the beginning of something new for him and Alle! They continued to talk regularly while Terry finished his time in China. He even made a special trip back to the US to surprise Alle for Valentine’s Day! For those that don’t know, that is a long and exhausting flight! To put it simply, they both started counting down the days when Terry would be home for good.

Now, back to the engagement session… I was excited when they wanted to do something a little different with their photos by including soccer. They both share a love for soccer and traveling. Terry’s love for soccer started while visiting Europe. He’s also been a coach for 8 years. Alle was born and raised in Brazil and soccer is their national sport. I love that they got decked out in soccer gear and was ready to have some fun! We ended their engagement session on an awesome dirt road. I know many more adventures are in their future.
