As I stepped into the farmhouse, Jennifer and Luke’s family had started to gather. I made my way to the bride’s dressing area where Jennifer and her four ladies were getting ready. They had just gotten done with hair and makeup and looked beautiful! They all wore smiles and monogrammed tanks. Each one was ready and willing to help wherever needed. It’s special to have such a great group of ladies that go above and beyond to make sure the bride is happy on her wedding day.

There are a few things that stuck out to me on this day. One is the colors. I LOVE the colors throughout the wedding. It was perfect for a August afternoon wedding. Not to mention the Converse shoes! Make sure you check out the shoes that the bridal party wore! (photo below) Another is all the personalized signs that Jennifer made. Each one was unique and perfect for it’s purpose. Last, but not least, is the love they have for each other. There was so many tears shed throughout the day. The tears started when they sent letters to each other before the first look, and the other was during the first look. It’s a good thing I’m programmed to shed some tears while still shooting. 😉
