This past month has been busy, but one event that stands out the most is Sawyer’s birthday. This sweet girl made me a Mama 5 years ago. It’s hard to believe that we’re already here. It seems like it wasn’t too long ago that we brought her home from the hospital. I remember thinking to myself that I had so much time left with her. Hopefully, if the good Lord is willing, I still do, but man how time flies.

This sweet and sassy girl is so full of life and I have loved every minute watching her grow. She was so excited to get her “princess” dress and take photos a couple of weeks after her birthday. She was excited and I was emotional… but I didn’t cry! Truth be told, I already had a good cry on her actual birthday. I can’t remember what life was like before her. It definitely wasn’t as fun!
