This Highgrove Farm wedding was amazing!

Amy + Adam celebrated their wedding day surrounded by their closest family and friends. It was the best day and Highgrove Farm in Valdosta, Georgia served as the perfect backdrop for this beautiful celebration.

As I traveled down from Atlanta the day before the wedding, I anticipated hot and humid weather for the wedding day. It’s summer and in Valdosta after all, and there’s usually only one season there. Ha! Boy were we surprised on the wedding day. The clouds covered the sky giving us all cool weather and the nicest breeze. Did Fall come early?! It was perfect. Everyone, including myself, was so grateful for nice, cool temps.

I spend so much time on the wedding day with the bride and groom. I get to see first hand the nerves, excitement, and emotions that come along with the events of the day. Amy and Adam were the calmest couple. Nothing, not even Covid, could have interfered with their Highgrove Farm wedding. They just wanted to get married that day, and nothing else mattered. Being front and center and watching these two get their wish of becoming husband and wife was amazing.

All of the little details came together perfectly and made their day something special to remember. The bouquet, the pink accents, and all of the sweet moments. I watched Amy’s mother help her get ready. Her dad waited patiently to get a first glance of her. Then as she walked down the aisle, Adam saw his soon to be wife for the first time. I can’t tell you how wonderful each of these moments are and I get a front row seat to them all. I’m so honored.
