Mill Creek Wedding | Rebecca + Shawn | Griffin, GA Wedding Photographer

I had the pleasure of being Rebecca + Shawn’s wedding photographer for their Griffin wedding.

Saturday was spent celebrating Rebecca + Shawn’s wedding day. We had the best time! We were introduced to a new venue, Alabaster Box Event Creations at Mill Creek in Griffin, Georgia. It did not disappoint! Everything from the pavilion to the creek was absolutely beautiful. This was our first time at this wedding venue and it was wonderful. The mill, ceremony and reception site, as well as the scenery, was beyond my expectations. The crisp fall weather was the cherry on top. Although we’re now back in 80 degree weather (thanks Georgia), it was wonderful to have for their big day.

Getting to know Rebecca + Shawn during this time was a pleasure. There’s always big smiles and no shortage of laughter when I’m around them. To see them together is a treat. The way Rebecca looks at Shawn and how focused he is on her. I live to see these moments from my bride and groom on their wedding day. Look below at their bride and groom portraits. See what I mean?! Ha. It’s everything a wedding photographer wants to see. It was so nice meeting their closest friends and family and getting to see everyone love on them.

The ceremony and reception was beautifully decorated with greenery, sunflowers, and hints of gold accents. Alabaster Box Event Creations did a wonderful job in tying together everything that this couple wanted for their big day. It all came together to create the perfect backdrop for this fall wedding in October. Check out the tables! Beautiful.
