As a Jackson lifestyle photographer, there’s nothing quite like a newborn session. Getting to meet these little guys and love on them is such an honor and privilege. Whether it’s a lifestyle newborn session in your home, or a studio setup at my home studio in Jackson, GA, I love them all. Each one is special and can be tailored to your specific needs. Bellamy’s lifestyle newborn session was no different. I met up with this little guy not long after he was born. We decided to keep things simple and photograph him in his nursery. Like most newborns, he wanted to be snuggled up and warm. I photographed him throughout his room while capturing those sweetest little detail shots. We included his favorite blanket and stuffed animals. Towards the end of his session he decided to open his eyes and give us the cutest expressions. Those sleeping photos are sweet, but I love seeing those little smiles.

Details such as his ears, toes, fingers, and eye lashes are my favorite photos to take during newborn portraits. These little squishes grow and change so fast. I still get shocked when I look at photos and see just how tiny my own children’s feet were. They grow and change so much just from a newborn to three months old. I highly recommend having milestone sessions throughout the first year of life. The photos I have are absolutely priceless. Check out Bellamy’s little feet below… those little toes!
